By completing the form on this site, you consent to the processing of your personal data and authorize Emeria Switzerland, as data controller, to collect and process your personal data in its database, i.e. your surname, first names, home address, telephone number, education, professional experience, diplomas, awards, interview reports, etc., and more generally any information and personal data that you volunteer in connection with your application.

Emeria Switzerland informs you that it may also enrich your profile with information about you, i.e. information collected (i) during exchanges with you, whether written, by telephone or in person, and (ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source, when this information is useful for the management of your application.

This information will be processed for the purpose of managing your application. Your data may also be included in a CV database, which will enable Emeria Switzerland to offer you other job opportunities, should they arise.

To facilitate external and internal recruitment, Emeria Switzerland uses Digitalrecruiters software, published by BANKESS, to post job offers, collect applications and manage them.

Emeria Switzerland acts as the data controller and BANKESS as the data processor;

In view of its purpose, which is to process the personal data of candidates responding to job offers and the integration of candidate data into the Emeria Switzerland CV library, the processing of your personal data is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of Emeria Switzerland namely the management of its recruitment processes, as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures that may exist between Emeria Switzerland  and candidates responding to its job offers.

These data are hosted in France and will be forwarded to Emeria Switzerland's recruitment staff to enable them to consider your application.

Answers to fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and failure to do so may jeopardize the processing of your application. In all other cases, answers are optional and have no bearing on the processing of your application. By accepting the conditions of this Charter, you authorize Emeria Switzerland to communicate, if necessary, your personal data to other companies of the group, including those possibly located outside the European Union, for the needs of the management of your candidature and the enrichment of its CVthèque. Emeria Switzerland declares that it has taken the necessary measures to control transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. You may, on request to Emeria Switzerland, request full information on the data transferred, the exact recipients of the information and the means implemented to manage this transfer.

The personal data of external candidates will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with our recruitment department, the notion of last contact being understood as the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. In the case of internal candidates, data will be kept for as long as the employee remains with the company.

We inform you that your personal data is computerized and treated confidentially. Security and confidentiality guarantees have been taken to preserve the personal data put online.

In its capacity as Emeria Switzerland's subcontractor, BANKESS is authorized to access your personal data when necessary, in particular for the purposes of administering and maintaining the Company's careers site and application management tool. However, BANKESS may not pass this data on to its own subcontractors without the Company's prior consent. BANKESS may transmit your personal data to a judicial authority, upon request.

You may at any time exercise your right to object on legitimate grounds, as well as your rights of access, rectification and deletion of your personal data by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the data controller at the following address: dpo@emeria.eu.

You also have the right to ask Emeria Switzerland to send you all your personal data in a structured format. 

In any case and as necessary, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (www.cnil.fr).
