Charter on the Processing of your Personal Data

By completing the form on this website, you consent to the processing of your personal information and authorise Emeria Switzerland and its subsidiaries, acting as data controller, to collect and process personal information about you in its database. This includes, for example, your surname, given names, home address, telephone number, education, professional experience, qualifications, awards, interview notes and, more broadly, any personal information or data that you voluntarily provide as part of your application.

Emeria Switzerland further informs you that it may enrich your profile with information collected (i) during exchanges with you, whether in writing, by telephone or in face-to-face interviews, and (ii) from professional social networks or other publicly available sources, where such information is relevant to the management of your application.

This information is processed electronically for the purpose of managing your application. Your data may also be added to a database, enabling Emeria Switzerland to contact you with other opportunities, where appropriate.

To support both internal and external recruitment, Emeria Switzerland uses the software DigitalRecruiters, published by Cegid, which allows job postings to be published, applications to be collected, and recruitment processes to be managed.

Emeria Switzerland acts as data controller of the personal data provided, while Cegid acts as processor.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to manage applications submitted in response to job offers and to include candidate information in Emeria Switzerland’s recruitment database. Such processing is therefore necessary for Emeria Switzerland’s legitimate interests, namely the management of its recruitment processes, as well as for the performance of any pre-contractual measures that may arise between Emeria Switzerland and applicants responding to its offers.

Your data are hosted in France and made available to the recruitment teams within Emeria Switzerland so that they may review your application.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Failure to provide the required information may prevent your application from being processed. All other fields are optional and will not affect the consideration of your application.

By accepting the terms of this Charter, you authorise Emeria Switzerland, where necessary, to share your personal data with other companies within the group, including those located outside the European Union, for the purpose of managing your application and enriching its recruitment database. Emeria Switzerland confirms that it has implemented appropriate safeguards to regulate transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. Upon simple request to Emeria Switzerland, you may obtain full information about the data transferred, the specific recipients of such data, and the safeguards put in place to regulate the transfer.

The personal data of external candidates will be retained for a maximum of two years after the last contact with our recruitment department. “Last contact” refers to the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal candidates, data will be retained for the duration of the employee’s time with the company.

Your data are processed electronically and treated in confidence, with security and confidentiality safeguards in place to protect the personal data collected online.

As Emeria Switzerland’s processor, Cegid may access your personal data when necessary, in particular for the administration and maintenance of Emeria Switzerland’s careers website and candidate management tool. However, Cegid may not share this information with its own sub-processors without Emeria Switzerland’s prior consent. Cegid may also be required to disclose your personal data to a judicial authority, upon lawful request.

You may at any time exercise your right to object on legitimate grounds, as well as your rights of access, rectification and deletion of your personal data, by writing to the following address:

Emeria Switzerland, 18/19 Tour Aurore, 18 Place des Reflets, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

You may also contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the data controller at dpo@emeria.eu.

In addition, you have the right to request that Emeria Switzerland provide you with all of your personal data in a structured format.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (www.cnil.fr).
